As we come into the new year, thoughts about New Years resolutions come to mind and many people’s new years resolution will be to lose weight. After all the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners and parties, many of us feel we need to do something to drop the additional pounds that we picked up. Then there was the last year’s New Years resolution that we did not fulfill and year before and so on. We don’t gain a ton of weight in one season, but just a few pounds can add up. Think of one extra pound. Sounds ridiculous that it would be a problem, but then think about twelve months. That’s still not very much, just aggravating. Now think about those twelve pounds picked up for ten years and you are at one hundred and twenty EXTRA pounds and it’s now a BIG problem. Maybe it’s just fifty or only twenty-five, but there are so many responsibilities, office parties, etc. that we over eat, miss exercising and get frustrated at ourselves.
Many people are so discouraged with dieting that they are using radical methods for weight control. One of the most effective methods is gastric lap band surgery. Just what is lap band surgery and how does it work? According to Wikipedia, “A laparoscopic adjustable gastric band, commonly referred to as a lap band, is an inflatable silicone device placed around the top portion of the stomach to treat obesity by reducing excess body fat. Adjustable gastric band surgery is an example of bariatric surgery designed for obese patients with a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or greater...According to the American Society for Metabolic Bariatric Surgery, bariatric surgery is not an easy option for obesity sufferers. It is a drastic step, and carries the usual pain and risks of any major gastrointestinal surgical operation.” With the dangers of surgery and the requirements of the BMI being so high, lap band surgery is not an option for everyone so viola! There is a new procedure done under hypnosis which requires no hospital stay, no invasive surgery and not even the $15,000 + price tag. This procedure can be done in the comfort of your hypnotherapist’s office. It is known as “Virtual Gastric Stomach Band” and is taking Europe by storm. Some people are terrified of hospitals and so that would take another program first to remove the phobia, then have a very expensive, invasive surgery. Hypnotherapy is an ideal way to help people lose weight and has been used to reinforce healthy eating habits and exercise programs for many years. A competent hypnotherapist can also help the client deal with the underlying causes of obesity. There are many possible reasons why we take on these extra pounds, all of them related to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind runs our body; otherwise we would have to consciously think to tell our heart to beat, our lungs to breathe and micro manage every function of the body. This would be an impossible task, so we gladly turn it over to the subconscious. During our childhood, we are programmed by teachers, parents, siblings, and others – all without our consent or our knowledge. If our subconscious mind thinks we are unprotected, it may work to help us by putting on many layers of fat to build up our protection. If there is some attachment, such as a demonic or some entity that thinks it’s job is to make us unhappy or even kill us, is can drive our subconscious mind to fatten us up to the point it will kill us. There is also the relative who passed away and who wants so much to love and protect you, that he/she doesn’t go through the light. This deceased loved one carries the energy of his/her life and death, which if it was obesity, we are now dealing with their problem. Therefore the first part of any good hypnotherapy program is to remove all foreign entities, cleanse the aura, return all lost soul fragments and look at past or parallel lives to remove the underlying cause of excess weight. The typical second session would include NLP, DNA Reprogramming and Cell Command Therapy in order to prepare the client for the experience. Once the preparation sessions have been done, the “surgery” can take place. All of the sounds, smells and noises of the operating room support the subconscious mind’s experience of having virtual gastric stomach band surgery. The final, or follow up session includes a visualization including a trip to the hospital to have an out patient X-Ray to verify that the Virtual Gastric Stomach Band is in the correct place and working properly. A complete and thorough review of the client’s lifestyle, eating habits and food preferences should be a part of this process. All three sessions should include nutritional counseling along with such topics as alkaline diet, raw and living foods and sprouting legumes. There is a your three prong approach: removing errant subconscious mind programming, having “virtual lap band surgery”, changing your diet and convincing your subconscious mind that it can’t over eat even if it wants to. This is a great way to help you enforce your New Year’s weight loss resolutions without the dangers or expense of surgery. |
