Room Interiors

We offer Meeting rooms, Classrooms, Workshop space, and a Hall that is perfect for that Special event.

WEEKDAY SESSIONS
Monday - Friday All Day 10 AM - 6 PM & Evening 7 - 10 PM (No Friday PM)
1/2 Day Sessions 10:00 am 'til 1:30 pm or 2:00 'til 6:30 pm
Evening sessions open at 7:00 pm but must be finished & the building before10 pm

WEEKEND SESSIONS
Saturday All Day 10 AM - 7 PM & Sunday All Day 11 AM - 7 PM
1/2 Day Sessions Saturday are 10 am 'til 2:00 pm and 3 pm 'til 7:30 pm. Sunday Sessions are 11 am 'til 3 pm and 3:30 pm 'til 7:30 pm

Small Room - Ideal for small groups of 5 - 8 participants or for seeing private clients. This room is set up with 3 armchairs & we can add 1 - 5 small chairs. $35 per session or $55 all day week-days. $75 per day weekends There are no extended weekend rates..

Medium Room: Seats up to 26 theater style $55 per 1/2 day weekday or evening session, $75 per 1/2 day weekend sessions, $95 All Day Weekends - Weekend rate Friday 10 AM - Sunday evening 7:30 $200 during regular hours of operation.

Large Room: Seats 40 - 50 theater style $65 per 1/2 day (weekdays only) $75 all day week days or weekday evenings, $95 Per Session Weekends, $125 All Day Weekends, - Full Weekend rate Friday 10 AM - Sunday evening 7:30 $350 during regular hours of operation

Other special pricing for week long or ongoing groups is also available.

Payment in full must be received when the room is reserved. There are NO REFUNDS.

For ongoing events the first 4 nights must be paid in advance. Rent is non-refundable.

For an additional $50 we will be happy to send out a class announcement with our e-newsletter. Advertising space is available in Oracle 20-20 Magazine.& E-Blast through Oracle Visionary. For more information log on to www.oracle20-20.com

For an additional $35 + 5% we will pre-register up to 50 participants (take names, other info. and payments) There is an additional $1 per registrant for all registrations exceeding 50. We will provide someone to check in participants 15 min. before class time and up to the 1st 15 min. of class time for an additional $20.

Early openings & Late closings $20 per hour or any fraction thereof no exceptions - Really we prefer not to.

Chairs, tables, and white boards are available at no extra charge for you to arrange as you like. If special set up is required from us, please notify us in advance. We will set it up to your specifications for an additional $75. Chairs and/or tables cannot be removed from the rooms.

Equipment Available For an Additional Rental Fee:
$50 per session or $100 per weekend Projection Unit and DVD player. (or use with your own computer)
$25 per session or $40 for the weekend 32 inch TV, and DVD player

Kitchen facilities are available for an additional $20 per session, $50 per day or $75 per weekend. (please be advised that the refrigerator will be shared with the staff and the dining area is a public area. Class facilitators and are welcome to bring their lunch and use the microwave, sink and ovens at no charge unless notified in advance that a class is being held which is using the kitchen facilities.

(Use of kitchen facilities assumes that the class participants will bring their lunch or prepare their lunch or dinner in the kitchen or that the presenter is furnishing a meal for the class. Please be aware that dishwashing and clean up is the responsibility of the class presenter and or participants.)

Overhead Transparency Projector is $10 per session or $25 per weekend.

Limitations:

Please be aware before reserving a room - Fire Marshal regulations prohibit burning candles, smudge, incense or any other incendiaries in group meetings in our space. Thank you for your co-operation

Room rentals prohibit the sale of merchandise unless specifically agreed to in writing. All retail sales go through Hoot Owl Attic Metaphysical Bookstore. If you wish to sell product, please contact John Henderson at john@hooty.com.
